Ralph was a founder of Sitt Asset Management, where he served as president and headed the acquisition, leasing, and refinancing of properties such as 2 Herald Square, 1370 Broadway, 180 Madison Avenue, 24 West 57th Street, and 6 Times Square before forming Status Capital with a focus on value-add opportunities in retail, and residential.

David was a founder of Sitt Asset Management, where he served as president of operations. David manages and maintains each unit and property within the portfolio. David’s unique skillset helps Status Capital identify opportunistic value add deals, as well as maintain the day-to-day portfolio.

Barry graduated Baruch Zicklin School of Business with a major in Real Estate. He has since been involved in the acquisition, leasing and sales of the current portfolio. Most recently, Barry was pivotal in the acquisition and management of 371-373 Bleecker street and 19 Prince street
